HOW TO GET HERE
VISITORS WISHING TO TRAVEL TO THE EXPO CAN DO SO BY CAR, BOAT, BUS, TAXI OR TRAIN
The Expo is located at the Gold Coast Marine Precinct within Coomera, Queensland and is centrally located to local, interstate and international transport.
It is only a 5 minute drive from the Coomera railway station, 20 minute drive from the heart of the Gold Coast – Surfers Paradise, 40 minute drive south to the Coolangatta Airport and only a 60 minute drive north to Brisbane Domestic and International Airports.
TRAVELLING BY CAR
Free on site car parking is available for all visitors attending the Expo.
Visitor car parks are located along Waterway Drive and will be clearly marked with volunteers assisting, just follow the signs.
Directions from Brisbane *
1. Take the Pacific Motorway/M1 towards the Pacific Motorway/Gold Coast
2. Take exit 54 towards Coomera
3. Keep right at the fork
4. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Foxwell Road
5. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Shipper Drive
6. Turn right onto Waterway Drive
7. Arrive at Expo
Directions from Coolangatta *
1. Head North on the Pacific Motorway/M1
2. Take exit 57-Hope Island Rd-Tamborine-Oxenford Rd for State Route 4
3. Continue straight onto Hope Island Road/State Route 4
4. Turn left onto Dreamworld Parkway (signs for Coomera)
5. Turn right onto Beattie Road
6. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Waterway Drive
7. Arrive at Expo

TRAVELLING BY BOAT
RETURN CHAMPAGNE BREAKFAST TRANSFER FROM MARINA MIRAGE ONBOARD THE MARANOA
Expo visitors can travel to the boat show with so much more in style with the Maranoa operating a transfer service direct from Marina Mirage on each of the Expo’s four fantastic days.
The transfer departs at 8.00am daily and includes a champagne breakfast, arriving at Expo between 9.30am and 10.00am, depending on the tide.
Drinks and snacks are available on the return trip, which departs the Expo at 4.00pm daily, arriving back at Marina Mirage 1-2 hours later.
You will also be entertained by Captain Jack Pirate Magician, who is your onboard host and is sure to spice up the voyage.
Times: Departs Marina Mirage at 8.00am daily, arriving at Expo between 9.30am and 10.00am. Then departs from Expo at 4.00pm daily, returning to Marina Mirage between 5.00pm and 6.00pm from Thursday 19th – Sunday 22nd May
Cost: $72.00 per adult or $62.00 per child or concession, which includes a one-day Expo pass per person ($12.00)

TRANSFER FROM YOUR ANCHORED VESSEL IN THE COOMERA RIVER
Volunteer Marine Rescue (VMR) Jacobs Well will also be conducting transfers for all visitors anchoring their boat in the Coomera River, from their vessel to the Expo.
This service is only $2.00 per trip ($4.00 round trip) which is a direct donation to VMR Jacobs Well.
Cost: $2.00 per trip
Service Times: Thursday – Saturday from 8.45am to 3.30pm and Sunday from 9.45am to 2.30pm
Where to Anchor: All visitors wishing to come to Expo by boat can anchor within a designated area of the Coomera River, please refer to the map available below

TRAVELLING BY TRAIN
The Gold Coast train line runs down the city’s western side.
The line is linked up to the much larger Queensland Rail network and is part of the South East rail line.

A FREE shuttle bus will also be making a trip to the Coomera Train Station every hour on the half past starting at 9.30am and finishing at 5.30pm from Thursday – Saturday and 4.30pm on Sunday.
Car parking is FREE to all visitors and is available on site and within surrounding areas of the Marine Precinct.
A car parking plan will be available early 2016.
Signs and volunteers will direct you to available car parks once you enter Waterway Drive.
The Gold Coast Marine Precinct is a fully accessible venue with access ramps between sites and onto all of the marinas. Dedicated disabled parking spaces are also available onsite with locations available early 2016.
Disabled toilets are also available within the food court area, pleaser refer to the site map within the official event program as you enter the Expo.

FREE SHUTTLE BUSES
FREE shuttle buses will be running in a loop from 9.00am to 4.30pm on Thursday – Saturday and 10.00am to 4.30pm on Sunday linking all car parks, including a trip to the Coomera Train Station every hour on the half past starting at 9.30am and finishing at 5.30pm.
